PANEL 1: Eco on the student's plate – what does the law say?
Food deliveries to schools – legal obstacles in the way of the Public Procurement Law v. environmental law
More and more educational institutions are paying attention to the quality of meals served to children, recognising the impact of nutrition on development, concentration and well-being. Organic products, free from artificial additives and pesticides, are becoming the foundation of modern nutrition in education. During the meeting, experts will share their experiences and examples of effective measures. We will discuss topics related to the organisation of supplies, costs, children's acceptance of new products and formal requirements. The panel will also be an opportunity to discuss educational programmes that help shape conscious food choices from an early age. Participants in the discussion will seek practical solutions that will facilitate the introduction of organic products into school and nursery menus. This meeting is for anyone interested in switching to organic nutrition in schools.
Discussion panel Magdalena Świąder, MOYERS Arnaudow Świąder, who will discuss issues related to the organisation of food supplies to schools in the context of current regulations. She will discuss, among other things, the legal challenges arising from the need to reconcile the requirements of public procurement law with regulations on organic food. She will highlight formal barriers, but also provide practical tips on how institutions can effectively introduce organic products into their menus without violating applicable regulations.

The eco-friendly catering label – could this be a new direction for the catering industry in Poland?
In an era of growing consumer awareness and expectations regarding the quality of meals served, organic food is becoming not only a distinguishing feature of the offer, but also an element of building competitive advantage. Guests are increasingly paying attention to the origin of ingredients, how they are produced and their impact on the environment, and establishments that focus on organic products respond to these needs in a direct and authentic way. The panel will provide a space for exchanging experiences, discussing challenges and searching for solutions that may become the standard in the catering industry of the future. This event is for everyone who wants to consciously develop their business by combining taste, quality and care for the planet.
The discussion panel will be moderated by Aleksandra Bieniek, legal advisor at MOYERS law firm, who has been actively supporting the industry in recent years in developing solutions to increase the consumption of organic products. Aleksandra will outline the current legal situation regarding the labelling of restaurants and other catering establishments and will indicate the trends and possible legal solutions.

PANEL 3: Policy and regulations
The third panel will be devoted to policies and regulations concerning the production, certification and distribution of organic food. This is an area that has been developing dynamically in recent years, while at the same time requiring producers, distributors and retailers to keep track of legislative changes at both national and EU level. During the meeting, experts will discuss current legal regulations, planned amendments and challenges facing the organic market in the context of agricultural policy, environmental protection and public health. The panel will also provide a space for discussion on how the law can support the development of the organic sector and what systemic solutions are worth introducing. Representatives of institutions and industry organisations, lawyers and practitioners from the organic sector have been invited to participate in the discussion. The meeting will be an opportunity to exchange experiences, ask questions and jointly seek directions for change that will facilitate the development of the organic food market in Poland.

On 25 and 26 November, during the demonstrations, you will be able to experience the unique flavours of game, honey and forest fruits – all the best that Polish forests have to offer.
As part of the event, we have prepared 15-minute cooking demonstrations led by the charismatic chef Jakub Wolski, known for promoting healthy, local cuisine and original culinary ideas.
During the demonstrations, we will present dishes based on natural, organic products from the Dobre z Lasu brand.
The menu includes:
Pulled wild boar shoulder in a smoked plum and honey sauce in a buttery brioche bun
Venison goulash with wild garlicWild boar meatballs in juniper sauce
Venison tartare with quince liqueur, nettle oil and horseradish mustard
Bigos with venison, forest honeys and herbs
The demonstrations will take place on 25 and 26 November at 11:11, 12:12, 13:13, 14:14 and 15:15.
